Our professional staff can have a SurfBox delivered to you as soon as the same day the order is placed! Delivery times are based on availability, and our normal delivery times are 24-48 hours after the order has been submitted. You can also schedule a SurfBox for any future storage requirements.
Yes! You have two options:
1. You can submit a request at least 24 hours
in advance and our professional staff will have your SurfBox container waiting
for you to access upon your scheduled arrival.
2. You can submit a request to
deliver your SurfBox container to your home, business or any other location at
any time, and it will be delivered, usually within 48 hours.
We believe our delivery system gives us a huge advantage over some of our competitors. We require up to 73% LESS SPACE than our competitors to deliver and place your SurfBox container. Our state of the art, remote controlled delivery vehicles allow us to place your SurfBox container in locations that our competitors can’t access, and we can deliver with less risk of damaging your home, business, and/or property.
You have two options: ONLINE or OVER THE PHONE. Many times, you can receive our best pricing by reserving online, but our LOCAL team of professionals are also available to help you with any assistance you may require.
SurfBox can deliver your container in less than 24 hours from the order being placed, but everything is based on availability. Based on high demand for SurfBox containers, dates tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Our containers are designed with our customer’s convenience in mind. Both our 16 and 20 inch surfboxes have access doors at BOTH ends of the container, that open easily and provide a full 8’x8’ access point.
You can get a refund depending on the time of cancellation. You should cancel the order by 4pm local time, the day before delivery, or a cancellation fee may be charged. You must call (855) SURFBOX and talk to our customer service department in order to cancel your delivery.
